Driver Medicals in Bristol
These Medicals are delivered at Bristol Cribbs Causeway Premier inn, BS10 7TQ
There is free parking available on site.
Please head to reception on arrival and be ready with your car registration number; reception may need it to make sure you do not get a parking ticket. Reception will direct you to the waiting area.
Our doctor will need to know any medications you take and any conditions you suffer from. You will also need any glasses or contact lenses you wear with you for the eye test- if you wear contacts then please make sure you are able to remove them and still get home safely! There will be toilets available for you to replace contact lenses if needed.
You will need to bring with you your D4 form for DVLA medicals (if you do not have one then you can download one here). For private hire or taxi medicals please make sure that you have your council forms with you.
